Promoting Digitalization
We established a Digital Strategy Unit to encourage digitalization across divisions by introducing robotic process automation (RPA), studying digital transformation (DX), and adopting remote devices.
In-House Venture System
We have a system in place that allows employees—on their own initiative and regardless of their department—to propose and create new businesses. Applicants who pass screening by a committee are responsible for the project and are given the right to go ahead with commercialization and develop the business using Company resources.
Workplace Interaction
We support club activities, such as clubs for baseball, badminton, fishing, tennis, and skiing. We also promote workplace exchanges through in-house events, including golf tournaments, to create a lively work environment.
