Department
This department covers a broad range of products, such as general-purpose resins, engineering plastics, super engineering plastics, PVC compounds, and elastomers. In recent years, we have been focusing on and expanding operations in several areas: recycled resins and bioplastic resins as well as raw materials for resins in overseas markets to address global demand.
We are also expanding into a wider range of industries with foam products, FRP materials, and processed plastic products.
Strengths of the business
In addition to Japan and China, we are building networks in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia), South Korea and other locations in order to quickly identify changes that occur in both domestic and overseas markets and respond to market needs. Our strengths include not only handling a wide array of functional plastic materials but also the development of a solutions business in processed plastic products that focuses on product design and processing.
