Initiatives for Health Promotion
Employee Health Management
To maintain and improve the health of our employees, we hold annual health checkups for all employees. This includes higher-level testing for lifestyle-related diseases in employees 35 years and older as well as gynecological checkups for early detection of female-specific diseases. Depending on the results of the checkups, employees meet with industrial physicians and receive health guidance. At the same time, we intend to increase the rate of medical exams by notifying employees who have not yet received a health checkup.
Enhanced Leave System
In addition to statutory leave, such as annual paid vacations, we offer a full range of our own types of leave, including sick leave, family care leave, transfer leave, refreshment, and summer vacation.
Measures Taken in the Event of a Disaster
To prepare for earthquakes and other disasters, we have implemented a safety confirmation system and stockpiled food and disaster supplies.

Housing Support Allowance and Company Housing
We have an extensive system to support the cost of housing for young employees when they first join the Company as well as company housing for transferees.
Wealth Formation
To assist employees in building their wealth for the future, we offer an asset-building savings plan so employees save a certain amount from their monthly salaries. As well, we have an employee stock ownership plan, where employees can use small amounts of their monthly salaries to invest in the company’s stock.
Life Planning Assistance for Old Age
We offer life planning seminars for seniors to help them prepare for old age.
